Interactive information systems in the hospitality industry

In the changing landscape of the hospitality industry, the integration of modern consumer interaction technologies has become a must for hotels to remain competitive and meet the changing expectations and needs of guests. Thus, more and more collective accommodation facilities are implementing innovative solutions to enhance comfort, safety and personalization of service. This article is devoted to analyzing the possibilities of interactive systems in the enterprises of the hospitality industry. The study considers the main information systems of hospitality enterprises, methods and options for providing an interactive map, identifies functional requirements for project implementation in ArchiMate, and determines the socioeconomic effect of implementing additional interactive information systems.
