About Technoeconomics

Technoeconomics is an online peer-reviewed open-access scientific online publication. The aim of the online publication is to publish articles of a high scientific level. Technoeconomics publishes original papers of international importance.

Technoeconomics was registered as a mass media outlet on July 29, 2022. Certificate number: ЭЛ № ФС 77-83710.

Publication in the online publication is open and free for all authors. All publishing expenses are covered by Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.

The articles are distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

A licensing agreement between the authors and publishers is mandatory and ensures the transfer of the rights to use the Intellectual Property Work to the Publisher.

In Technoeconomics we care about digital preservation policy. We understand the urgency of archiving and preservation of our online publication content. We ensure the accessability of our content by transferring full-texts and metadata to Russian Scientific Electronic Library (elibrary.ru) and Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University Electronic Library. In the latter, data safety is ensured by data back-up according to their own internal policy. The physical and logical data migration is also provided. Cloud technologies are used.
