Submitting your manuscript
- Submission of all materials is carried out electronically through E-submission System, in which the author must register.
- Upon registration, please, pay attention to the correct and detailed filling of all fields. It is highly appreciate to mention your SCOPUS ID, ORCID and other identifiers. They serve for unambiguous identification of author and his publications and help to avoid the appearance of several profiles of one author. If there are several profiles in different databases, publications, citations and indicators (for example, h-index) of the author may be incorrectly counted.
- After registration in the electronic editorial system the personal profile of the author is automatically generated. There you need to upload the article in the “My articles” menu. All interaction with the editor and reviewers is via E-submission System in the “Discussion” field. Only the corresponding author should register in the system; co-authors are added when submitting the paper.
- Before submitting an article, please, make sure that it meets the jounal's requirements for the content, structure and formatting. Substandard preparation of submitted materials leads to the increase in timing of the article consideration. Articles not corresponding to the requirements for structure and content are not accepted for consideration.
After submission
- All papers are reviewed and revised through the E-submission system only.
- All manuscripts are subject to plagiarism check via the Antiplagiat system.
- Submissions will be rejected if they fail to comply with the online publication’s guidelines and requirements (i.e., formatting, subject matter, etc.) or are found to contain plagiarized or previously published material. The authors will be informed of the reasons of rejection.
- The online publication is responsible for organizing the review process for all manuscripts submitted for consideration. Review can be carried out by members of the Editorial Board or by invited referees. The online publication uses single-blind review, i.e., the author does not know who the reviewers are.
- Articles that have received a negative review will be rejected without further consideration.
- Once the manuscript has passed review and any additional issues have been settled with the authors, it can be directed to the Editorial Board for final decision. The authors will be informed of the issue and section of the online publication in which the article will be published and of the tentative date of publication, as approved by the Editorial Board.
- In case a large number of papers are submitted, admission may stop before the stated issue deadline.
