This article is devoted to the study of the information investment platform in the context of the market state of the investment climate and the existing system of its development in the warehouse real estate market. The study analyzes warehouse real estate as a sector of the economy and considers the key components of the investment climate. In addition, the authors outlined the weaknesses of the existing development mechanism. As a result of the study, an updated mechanism of functioning and development of the investment climate of warehouse real estate was formed through the development of an information platform as a tool to improve investment conditions and increase the attractiveness of the industry.
