        <p>The international experience of leading countries has proved the high efficiency of using digital platform solutions as part of developing their own ecosystems in many sectors of the economy, including the healthcare system. These solutions have significantly increased the value proposition for the state, business and society by reducing the level of transaction costs for all participants in the relationship. This paper presents a metamodel of medical ecosystem architecture that can become a basis for shaping and developing applied solutions as part of the implementation of strategies for digital transformation of the industry.</p>
