      <abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>Digitalization plays a key role in the development of lean manufacturing, especially at large enterprises involved in logistics. The integration of digital technologies significantly enhances the transparency, controllability, and efficiency of production and logistics processes, contributing to the minimization of losses and costs. This study evaluates prospects for implementing lean technologies based on the example of the Russian Post—one of the largest logistics enterprises in the country. The research involved an analysis of key bottlenecks and problems at the company, as well as a detailed breakdown of each current loss. In accordance with obtained results, the authors suggest a conceptual model for process improvement to ensure continuous enhancement of processes and growth in operational efficiency.</p>
