This study is devoted to the analysis and improvement of the business model of a management company based on the optimization of business processes. In the course of the research, we analyzed the features of the business modeling system in terms of management, main and supporting processes of management companies, as well as considered the business processes of the company's core activities and key resources of the company. As a result of the study the main shortcomings in the work of enterprises and a number of measures to improve the business processes of problem areas of the company's business model were identified.
