        <p>At present day project methodologies are used to arrange and systematize business processes based on project management. In addition to being used in the B2B segment, they can also be employed in other business areas. This article examines the fundamental differences between these segments compared to B2B as well as identifies the problems that can be solved using specific elements of project management methodologies. Based on theoretical aspects of project management and fundamental differences between B2C and B2G business sectors, this research aims to provide possible solutions for IT market. In accordance with the obtained results, the authors suggest a range of project methodology-based solutions for each of the prospective challenges.</p>
